Catherine was admitted to practice in 2005 and since that time has worked almost exclusively in wills and estates and commercial transactions.

Catherine can assist in all aspects of succession planning from completing simple wills to those covering complicated family situations, testamentary trusts, or business interests. She has a particular interest in complex probate applications and estate administration.

A Notary Public may certify or authenticate documents for international use. Catherine Schettini, a Senior Associate at our firm, is a Notary Public.
