Harrison May – Partner

Harrison completed his University placement at Treloar & Treloar in 2017. He was admitted in 2018 and joined the firm in 2019. In 2024 he was invited to be a partner of the firm.

He graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in chemistry and minoring in physics.

Harrison practises in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Litigation, and also acts in Conveyancing matters. He has a particular focus on proceedings before the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) concerning the making and reviewing of Guardianship and Administration orders, and has published a detailed paper analysing the key Tribunal and Supreme Court authorities in this area, Guardianship & Administration in SACAT: Lessons from the Case Law.
